The famous 76 Strip and Branson Landing are a mere 10-minute drive away, offering plenty of entertainment options. If you're looking to enjoy some water activities, Table Rock Lake and its public boat launch are just a quarter mile away. Additionally, the Branson Airport is only an 8-minute drive from the property, and several golf courses can be found nearby.

Looking to make unforgettable memories with your loved ones? Look no further than our Canyon Retreat, which can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people. Nestled in a serene countryside setting, our retreat is conveniently located near popular Branson attractions.

Take a short 10-minute drive to visit the 76 Strip or Branson Landing for an action-packed day of adventure. For those who love water activities, Table Rock Lake and its public boat launch are just a quarter-mile away. And if you're flying in, the Branson Airport is just a quick 8-minute drive away. Plus, there are several golf courses nearby for those looking to hit the links.

Our professionally decorated home boasts five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a family room, a rec room, and so much more, making for a truly relaxing stay. Each of the five bedrooms features premium USA Golden Copper mattresses, Egyptian cotton sheets, and comfortable pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep. Four of the bedrooms are also equipped with a 40-inch flat screen TV with You Tube TV and streaming options.

On the main level, you'll find an open concept kitchen, dining, and family room with stunning lake views, vaulted ceilings, and vinyl plank floors. The kitchen is fully furnished with Food Network cookware, a Kuerig coffee machine, and every appliance you could possibly need to cook for your family. The dining area comfortably seats eight and even has a high chair available if needed.

The family room features two comfortable couches to relax on while taking in the beautiful lake views, and a 48-inch LCD/3D TV for your entertainment. Just off the family room is a deck where you can enjoy meals or soak in the hot tub. There's also a grill on the deck, perfect for whipping up some delicious BBQ.

The main level also has two bedrooms. The master suite features a king-sized bed, a bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, double sink vanity, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and a full bath.

An open staircase leads to the upper level, which has two additional bedrooms with king-sized beds that share a full-size bath. Another staircase takes you to the lower level, where you'll discover an amazing rec room. The fifth bedroom is located on this level and features a queen-sized bed. There's also a daybed/trundle bed and two sleeper sofas, making it the perfect space for kids. The rec room has plenty of comfortable seating and a 65-inch LCD/3D TV, as well as a game table for board games and cards.

Additionally, there's a laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer on the lower level, as well as two more sleeper sofas for extra guests.

As a guest, you'll have access to the community clubhouse, complete with a pool table, media room, exercise room, and an outdoor zero-entry pool (open May- September). The neighborhood playground is located right next to the clubhouse, and there's even a basketball court just down the street on Foggy Bay Lane.
